At Arcadia Boxx, we stand behind the quality of our retro gaming consoles and accessories. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

 

🔁  7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • All accessories, cables, and components must be included.


 

⚠️ IMPORTANT: LIMITED RETURN ELIGIBILITY


We
do not offer open returns for all cases.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

✓ Product is damaged or defective upon arrival

✓ Wrong item was delivered

We do NOT accept returns for:

✗ Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

✗ Preference for different games or experience

✗ Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality

✗ Incorrect setup or user error


🔄 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll provide a replacement or return option at no extra cost.

To process your request, please:

  • Email us at arcadiaboxx@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Provide your order number and a brief explanation

What We Need to See:

  • Photos/video of the damaged product

  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)

  • Video demonstrating the defect

Once verified, we will either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Approve a return (if replacement is not preferred or available)


🎮 What Qualifies as “Defective”?

We cover manufacturing defects including:

✓ Device does not power on (after proper setup)

✓ Controllers don’t respond or pair

✓ No video output (after correct HDMI setup)

✓ Missing components

✓ Physical damage from manufacturing

✓ Games not loading due to hardware failure

Please troubleshoot before claiming defective:

  • Ensure TV is on correct HDMI input

  • Try different HDMI cable/port

  • Verify power source

  • Check cable connections

  • Restart device and TV


 

📦 Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions via email

  • Product must be shipped back in original packaging

  • Customer may be responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective or incorrect)

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


❌ Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

We reserve the right to:

  • Deduct charges for damaged/missing items

  • Reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria

✗ Normal wear and tear

Shipping & Delivery

✗ Carrier delays

✗ Lost/stolen after confirmed delivery

✗ Customs issues

Damage After Delivery

✗ Drops, spills, mishandling

✗ Unauthorized modifications


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked delivered:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • Contact shipping carrier directly

  • Use secure delivery locations


 

🌍 International Orders

  • 7-day return policy still applies only for defective/wrong items

  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable

  • Customer handles customs clearance

  • Refused packages will not be refunded


 

🇪🇺 European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

  • Applies only to unused and unopened products

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • Refund after inspection
